A Note to Start-up Businesses:

We appreciate that times are hard, and cash even harder to come by. In order to facilitate Start Up Businesses, the possibility exists for an Equity Swap in return for Reduced/No Rental Rates in certain circumstances. This will need to be negotiated before any lease is signed. Please Note: All Companies will be expected to pay their share of Light/Heat and Phones as used, regardless of any Rental Rate deal agreed.
